The sea is His, for it was He who made it, And His hands formed the dry land. Psalms 95:5
I am adding photographs which will help to really get an understanding of the place. On our return we had a funny but good experience. We took a train which goes in the direction which we want to go thinking that only trains to BWI station comes in this direction. But to our surpise the train went to some other place and we realized this only when the train reached it final destination. The train driver was kind enough to take as back with out a ticket and he dropped us in a station from where we could catch the train to BWI Airport station. But that journey was really good and we could undertand how the rural Baltimore/MaryLand looks like and understand the people. Altogether it was a good trip which we will remember for long time.
The next attraction which is really worth visiting is the National Aquarium (entry fee is $33). This is a place where we can see almost all kinds of under water , creatures like Sharks, turtles and a wide variety of fishes. It is a 5 storied building which features different types of exhibits at different levels. Personally the one i liked the most is the Dolphin Discovery which has dolphins and guests can watch training, feeding and play times with dolphins and interact with dolphin experts. Even though i liked the dolphin show very much, i am really worried for them. They show very good intelligence and i am not sure putting them in this closed environment is something which they enjoy even though they appear to be very happy and active.
Baltimore Inner Harbour is a historic seaport in the City of Baltimore, MaryLand U.S.A. It is about 20 miles from Columbia, the place we stayed during our stay in U.S.A during the Summer of 2012. As always we took Sony's cab and went to BWI Airport from where we could take a train [MaryLand Department of Transportation] to Baltimore Inner Harbour.
The famous Oriole Park at Camden Yards which is home to Baltimore Orioles(baseball team) is located near to the Baltimore Inner Harbour, it is the first sight we see once we get down at Baltimore. On the way to the Baltimore Visitor Center and the main area, we could see many tall buildings like the Sheraton's, Bank Of America, TransAmerica etc. I can tell Baltimore Inner Harbour is like our Marine drive in Cochin but several times bigger and with lot of things to see all around. The world Trade center, Baltimore is one such big establishments we can see around. A statue which was for remembering the people of Maryland who were in the 9.11 tragedy was set up near to the World Trade center. MaryLand Science center was another interesting place to visit, if you are ready to spent dollars :-) un like the museums in Washington D.C which were free. But i would say this museum is worth visiting once.
